Quotes are processed from prints, sketches or samples.  They can be e-mailed, faxed, mailed or dropped off at our business location.   Standard office business hours are 7:00 am to 4:30 pm EST.  We can view most electronic CAD files (we have over 400 different extension viewers available) for quoting purposes as well as files in .pdf and .tif format. Electronic CAD files in .dwg, .dxf and .igs extension formats are easiest for us to work with on the manufacturing floor.

Most quotes are returned by the next business day.  Remember to always include the quantity required, since quantity discounts apply.   Do not hesitate to contact us if you have any special requirements or questions regarding your quote.  We at General Machine Service believe in working closely with our customers toward common goals so we can prosper together.
